This past Thanksgiving Break, Mini Makers was thrilled to host our HTML Makers camp, and what a fantastic time it was! Students gathered to dive into the exciting world of web development, learning the foundational languages behind every website they visit.
The camp was all about hands-on creation, guiding participants through the basics of building websites from scratch using HTML and CSS. From structuring content to adding stylish flair, our young developers gained the skills to bring their digital visions to life.
And as the calendar turned towards the festive season, we infused the camp with a delightful "Winter Wonderland" theme! Students were encouraged to let their creativity shine through this seasonal lens, and we were absolutely amazed by the projects that came to fruition. Many websites featured intricate snowflake designs, frosty landscapes, cozy winter scenes, and even interactive holiday greetings. It was truly inspiring to see how well the theme was integrated into their unique digital creations.
Beyond the coding, the camp was a full experience! Participants enjoyed delicious food throughout the competition day, keeping their energy levels high as they refined their projects. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as students proudly showcased their hard work.
The camp culminated in a lively competition, where incredible prizes were awarded to those who truly excelled in their web design and coding. Every student walked away with new skills, a fantastic website to show off, and a memorable experience of creating in a fun, supportive environment.
A huge thank you to all the aspiring web developers who joined us for HTML Makers during their Thanksgiving Break. Your enthusiasm and creativity made it a truly special "Winter Wonderland" of learning!
Stay tuned for more exciting programs from Mini Makers!
