AI/Machine Learning I : Exploratory Data Analysis Lessons
Group | 8th - 12th Grade
$175.00$120.00
An introduction Machine Learning Course that dives into foundational understanding of how to analyze, clean, and prepare data for use in AI and machine learning workflow. This course will emphasize the importance of exploratory data analysis in identifying patterns, and preparing datasets to be used with machine learning models. Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, students will gain skills to learn to create visualizations and statistical techniques to create informed decisions.
NOTE: It is required that the student is somewhat proficient in python before taking any AI/ML course. We highly recommend the student takes Python and Python 2 offered by Mini Makers, as these will provide a strong foundation of the Python language.
The lessons are taught in a group setting, with the classes 4 students at a time. There will be a single instructor who is proficient in the language. All course content will be available to the students at all times, and they will be able to get their doubts answered either in class or through email. These Classes will be divided up into 8 classes in total, with 2 classes per week.
There are a fixed amount of sessions per week for group lessons, which means that if a student misses their session for one week, they will be able to catch up by attending any of the other lessons that week. If a student is rendered completely unavailable for those sessions, they can schedule a 30 minute makeup at no additional cost during which an instructor will quickly cover the missed content to catch the student up.
